What we mean by "Vault"
In DeFi, "vault" typically refers to an ERC-4626 contract — but the space also includes AMM liquidity pools, stability pools, lending pools, and more. We use Vault as a unified concept covering all structured on-chain vehicles that accept capital and generate yield. One consistent term across every protocol.

DeFiLlama gives you protocol-level TVL snapshots. pigi.finance gives you vault-level historical performance, risk-adjusted metrics, and holder analytics — for vaults DeFiLlama doesn't track at all.
